Hi, I’m Michelle — and if you’re reading this, maybe you’re where I was not long ago: exhausted, anxious, disconnected, and wondering if the version of yourself you used to know will ever return.
My journey into perimenopause didn’t come with a warning sign. It crept in slowly… first with restless nights and sudden waves of anxiety, then mood swings I couldn’t explain. I started waking up drenched in sweat or lying awake for hours — exhausted, but wired. I felt like a stranger in my own body.
At first, we thought it was burnout. Maybe stress. Maybe depression. But as time went on, the symptoms only deepened. The foggy head, the short fuse, the aching joints, the complete lack of sleep — it all became part of my daily (and nightly) reality.
